Flacht Out is an all-Porsche rally created by NU Rally in 2018, bringing Porsche owners and enthusiasts together for a point-to-point driving experience across some of the most rewarding roads and destinations in the American West. Since its first edition, more than 200 Porsche cars have participated, ranging from classic 911s to modern GT cars, Turbo models and other performance-focused Porsches. Each rally combines carefully selected driving routes, premium accommodations, curated stops and a full media team documenting the journey from the starting grid to the final destination.

The idea behind Flacht Out comes from what makes Porsche such a lasting part of automotive culture. From the 356 to the 911 and today's GT3 RS, 911 Turbo S and Cayman GT4, Porsche has continued to build cars around engineering, performance and the driver's connection with the road. NU Rally took that philosophy and turned it into a rally where the cars are not the display — they are how the event is experienced.

A PORSCHE RALLY, NOT A CAR SHOW

A PORSCHE RALLY, NOT A CAR SHOW

Flacht Out is not a car show. There is no fixed venue where hundreds of Porsches arrive, park in rows, and spend the day being looked at. The cars are meant to move. The event brings together Porsche owners who share a genuine passion for driving and turns that passion into a journey measured in miles, roads, and experiences rather than hours spent standing beside a parked car.

Every edition begins at a selected starting point and follows a carefully planned route toward a destination chosen for the character of the drive. The landscape changes, the roads change, and the experience changes with it. Routes have taken the rally through San Diego, Palm Springs, Zion, Monterey, and other distinctive destinations, with each journey bringing its own scenery, atmosphere, elevation, and moments that stay with you long after the drive. From late winter through mid-spring, the road becomes the setting and every turn becomes part of the event.

There is a different energy to seeing a Porsche alone on an open road, but that feeling changes completely when the road fills with them. A line of 911s, GT3s, Turbos, Caymans, and other Porsche icons moving together becomes its own spectacle. Cars carrying NU Rally decals stretch through the route, with support and law enforcement helping guide the convoy, while the media team follows the journey from the starting grid to the final destination. The sound, the movement, the changing scenery, and the feeling of driving alongside dozens of people who share the same obsession are impossible to recreate in a parking lot.

That is what makes Flacht Out different. The destination is only the final chapter—the drive is the story. You take roads chosen because they are worth driving, stop along the way, meet fellow enthusiasts, and then get back behind the wheel. By the time the cars finally arrive, the rally has already happened: in the miles covered, the corners taken, the conversations between stops, and the feeling of moving together as one group. Flacht Out was built for people who don't just admire Porsche—they want to experience it the way it was meant to be experienced: on the road.

300+ PORSCHES SINCE DAY ONE

300+ PORSCHES SINCE DAY ONE

Since Flacht Out began in 2018, more than 300 Porsches have joined the NU Rally community, becoming part of a growing group connected by the same passion for driving. What started with a simple idea—to bring Porsche owners together on the road—has grown into a community that continues to return for the experience, the people, and the journey.

The scale of Flacht Out is something you truly understand once the convoy starts moving. One Porsche appears in the mirror, another comes into view ahead, and around the next bend, the line keeps going. 911s, GT3s, GT3 RS models, Turbo S cars, Caymans, and generations of Porsche built decades apart all become part of the same moving story.

There is no race and no finish line to chase. It is about driving together. More than 300 Porsches have already been part of that experience since day one, and every new rally adds another group of drivers, another destination, and another chapter to the NU Rally community. What began as a Porsche rally has become something bigger—a community built around the simple pleasure of being behind the wheel.

PREMIUM ACCOMMODATION AND STOPS

PREMIUM ACCOMMODATION AND STOPS

A multi-day rally needs more than a route. It needs places worth arriving at. Flacht Out builds premium accommodation, curated stops, and hospitality into the journey, giving participants the chance to step away from the road without stepping away from the experience. Each stay is selected to complement the destination, with comfortable hotel rooms reserved for the night and settings that offer a completely different perspective from behind the wheel.

After hours of driving, the pace changes. Cars arrive, engines cool, and the group comes together. Participants have time to walk around the cars, talk about the day's drive, meet other Porsche enthusiasts, and enjoy the destination before the next chapter begins. The evening becomes part of the rally—not simply downtime between driving sections.

As the route moves from one destination to another, the surroundings change with it. A night overlooking the desert feels different from a stay surrounded by mountain scenery or a coastal setting. The hotels and stops become part of the story, giving every edition its own atmosphere and giving participants a chance to experience each destination beyond the road.

Then morning comes. The cars return to the starting grid, engines come alive, and the convoy forms again. A new day, a new view, and another stretch of road ahead.

THE NU RALLY MEDIA TEAM

THE NU RALLY MEDIA TEAM

Every Flacht Out journey is documented from the moment the first Porsche arrives at the starting grid until the final car reaches the destination. The NU Rally media team travels with the convoy throughout the rally, capturing the cars in motion, the roads, the landscapes, and the people who make the experience what it is.

This is not simply coverage from the sidelines. The team moves with the rally—positioning along the route, following the convoy, capturing rolling footage, photographs, arrivals, departures, and the moments that happen between them.

The result is more than a collection of car photographs. It becomes a visual record of the journey. The cars, the people, the destinations, the conversations, the early mornings, the long drives, and the moments that would otherwise exist only in memory are brought together into a story that participants can return to long after the rally ends.

Because Flacht Out is about the drive, the media should feel like it too—in motion, immersive, and part of the journey.

BUILT FOR THE PURIST

BUILT FOR THE PURIST

It is for the Porsche owner who wants to put miles on the car rather than keep it stationary. For the enthusiast who cares about the road as much as the destination. For the driver who would rather spend a day moving through the landscape than standing beside the car in a parking lot.

Since its creation by NU Rally in 2018, Flacht Out has continued to evolve through different routes and destinations.

The starting point can change, The destination can change, The roads can change, The landscape can change. That flexibility is part of the identity of Flacht Out. It is not tied to one venue or one route. Each edition creates a new point-to-point journey for Porsche drivers to experience together.

More than 300 Porsche cars have participated in Flacht Out since NU Rally created the rally in 2018. Across those editions, the locations have changed, the roads have changed and the cars have changed. What remains is the reason people return: to drive.

Flacht Out takes the traditional idea of a Porsche event and puts it in motion. Instead of bringing Porsche owners together around parked cars, it connects them through a route. Instead of one permanent destination, each edition creates a new one. Instead of ending when the cars arrive, the destination becomes the conclusion to a journey that started miles earlier.

300+ Porsches. One starting point. A different destination every year.
